What is Contrave®?

Contrave® is an FDA-approved prescription weight loss medication that combines two well-established drugs: naltrexone, which is used to treat addiction, and bupropion, an antidepressant also used to support smoking cessation. Together, they work on two key areas of the brain — the hunger control center and the reward system — to help reduce appetite and cravings.
